The Val Saint Lambert Free Time Park this is a reorganization project and an old industrial area in commune Seraing, Liege, Belgium. The territory itself includes an old factory for the production of crystal products and a nearby restored 14th century abbey. 

 

The idea of the project is to create a complex in this territory, which includes a commercial block with an area of 42,000 m2 with design and vintage factories, a large number of small shops and workshops, an office block with 10 office buildings with a total area of 22,000 m2, a hotel with 156 rooms, and 240 residential buildings. But the most important part of the project is the creation of a recreation area of more than 40 hectares, including a water park, Adventure eco park, jumping park, mountain bike tracks, etc.
